Purchases
Purchasing a product does not assure that the item is available. All stock levels and pricing are subject to change. JUST CUSTOM TOY reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. Some products may require a down payment. This down payment is not refundable.
Confirmed purchases with ready stock, payment must be made within 3 working days.
Preorders
Preorders are subject to availability and forecast arrival dates are estimates.
Age
All products purchased through JUST Custom Toy are intended to be used by adults (16 and older). JUST CUSTOM TOY does not market nor knowingly sell to children under 16 years of age. Purchases made by children under 16 must be made under the supervision of a responsible adult.
Cancellation Policy
Products may be cancelled within 2 days of product purchase. This date is based on each individual product's purchase date, not the date of order placement or payment. No cancellations will be accepted after 2 days of the product purchase. This policy applies only to items that have not yet shipped.
Customer Service
We currently do not perform any customer service or order placement by phone. We are always happy to answer any questions or concerns via email (JUST.Like@hotmail.my)
Privacy
JUST CUSTOM TOY will never share or sell your email address or any other information with anyone! We'll only use your information internally to process and ship your order, and to keep you updated via email about new items that arrive at JUST CUSTOM TOY.
